The host windows xp is in a w2000 net, with a domain with a standard network
card. The virtual machine has also win xp, but i want to use a new wifi card
to connect to an ADSL net. I need both connected, the normal to domain, and
wifi connected to the ADSL connection.

From virtual pc, i get the wifi card to be used by the xp emulation before
    start it.

The problem is that the host sees the wifi adapter but the virtual machine
dont see it (from hardware manager). The wifi net its not working yet,
¿perhaps virtual pc cant see the wifi card because host Xp cant see wifi net?

    (sorry, muy english is awful)

Virtual PC will use the network card that you specify in networking
settings, but it will see a standard card, not your physical card.
I have no problem in selecting the wifi card when it's connected inside the
    host.
I'm using wxp sp2, with its wifi manager...

That is that doesn't mean how many cards i have in host (in this case 2),
that i will see only one generic card in virtual machine?

    quoting myself :D

I have done an ipconfig /all in host machine and shame in virtual machine,
and they gave me diferent MAC. This is because virtual machine is using the
    wifi card, i suppose

virtual machines can see up to four adapters... you can configure them under
    networking in the vm settings...
in your case it sees the card that is configured under networking
