    Hello All,

Users are having trouble sending emails to Yahoo email accounts. Exchange on
the SBS 2003 Standard R2 currently only has an SMTP connector via Verizon for
outbound email. The "Route Emails With DNS" default SMTP was removed bas it
was noticed to be unable to deliver emails observed in the Exchange queues.
Any idea what could be the issue here?

    Thanx.

Thanx. I don't think that is related to what is going on here. It mentions
    error 553, I think the error here is 550. The error received is as follows;

Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.
    Subject: The Message
    Sent: 3/25/2008 8:43 AM
The following recipient(s) cannot be reached:
Dan Bean on 3/25/2008 8:43 AM
The e-mail account does not exist at the organization this
message was sent to. Check the e-mail address, or contact the recipient
directly to find out the correct address.

try to setup an outlook express account to send directly through your
    verizon server.
Then try to re send to those same addresses.

if it still doesn't work then the problem is not related to SBS.
Maybe yahoo or your domain setup. Have you got an SPF record in place?
