I want to create a shortcut to a public folder in my mail view in Outlook
2003. In the other views (contacts, calendars, etc), if I right click a
public folder and choose, Add to Favorites, they will show up in those views
automatically. Unfortunately, this doesn't work with mail folders. Is there
any way to easily access public mail folders without using the public folder
view and navigating to the folder? (If I add the public mail folder to my
favorites, it shows up under the public folder Favorites but not when I click
back to Mail). Thanks for your help.

  2. R-click the public folder favorite, and click Add to Favorite Folders.
