i have recently purchased a load of downloads from the msn music store,
windows media player 11 will not play these files, although none of my other
music has been affected! Why have i not been given the relevant license to
play this music on purchase and how do i get them to play?

I am using windows vista ultimate!

    Thanks

I have the same problem. Did you D/L in Unprotected mode with the firewall
disabled? This allows the license to D/L (check properties of file and it is
there, Unless you D/L to Desktop.) My music only plays when I am logged in
the Music Store. Access to Go is supposed to allow you to sync to a portable
music player & play the songs for one month on your computer until you renew
    the license next month.

This is extremely vexing. This worked on my old XP in June but not on Vista.

    Good luck,
