How do I enable access to the public folders, especially our public calendar
    when using Outlook 2003?
This was so easy in 2000; it must be simple, but I just can't find it.

Also, is there a way to color code appointments on our public calendar BY
USER? We are a very small company, and I would like for red to represent the
boss, green the office manager, etc. This way, the calendar can be
    interpreted VERY quickly.

    TIA for help.

  2. In Outlook 2003, add the public folder to your Public Folder Favorites
(r-click the folder in Folder List, click Add to Favorites). Switch to your
Calendar and click Open a Shared Calendar in the Navigation Pane. Once you
do that, the calendar should add itself to the Other Calendars section. If
not, r-click it in the public folder favorites and add it from there.

If you haven't tried this already, one of the great features of Outlook 2003
is the ability to view multiple calendars side-by-side. While viewing your
personal calendar, check the box for the public folder calendar and you'll
    see what I mean.

I'm not aware of any way to automatically set a particular color by user,
although you could have them manually set the Label color when creating the
appointment. You may find a 3rd party solution for this at
