    Hi,

I look after a Win2000 SBS Premium server which has not had updates
installed since 2003. I am worried that I should be updating it, but it runs
critical business applications that I cannot afford to be effected. I could
make a test enviroment but I don't think my client would pay for such an
    execrise.

The server has ISA 2000 configured and it is behind a router with only VPN
    connections allowed access.

In your opnion, what should I do here?

I'm stuck between a rock, any help would be appreacited.

    Thanks

Full backup + separate System State Backup.

Then update it with latest Service Pack, follow with all additional fixes.
