We are looking to publish a series of support apps via RDP Web for our clients to use. So users would go to a URL (IIS) and run an app when needed.

So in a way they are remote desktop users but they are "one off" users. Most clients will never need to run the app and others may run it only once. Does this seem like Microsoft would require us to by an RDP license for every user that would access our support app this way? Anyone know of a license where you can publish apps for public use? Maybe by paying only for simultaneous uses?
