Look in the Deleted Items folder...
if not there, try an undelete program like Recuva, look for .eml files

  3. Look in the Deleted Items folder. Note that each mail account has one
and there is another under storage folders for newsgroups and messages
    deleted from storage folders.

If not there, and you don't have any backups, your only chance is an
Undelete utility looking for EML files. The longer you wait and the
more activity on the PC the less likely the Undelete utility will find
    the message that you want.

    Wangdong..
Are you aware you replied how to repair Outlook in a Windows Live Mail newsgroup.
or....just spamming the newsgroup pushing a program attempting to fool people into using it where it might not apply(ie WLM)

When you delete email messages from your Inbox or folders,
the messages are moved to your Trash folder.
Emails that are less than 24 hours old will remain
in the Trash folder for an additional 24 hours before being
permanently deleted. Emails more than 24 hours old are immediately
deleted and cannot be recovered. If the message still appears in the Trash folder, move it back to your Inbox or an email folder. If you still cannot reover your lost emails, I think you can try the restoration tool.
My friend used to use the Data Reovery, maybe you can look at it. http://www.transfer-iphone-recovery.com/recover-deleted-emails.html
    More information: http://www.transfer-iphone-recovery.com/
I hope these can help you solve your problem. Good Luck!!

You are replying to a post that is over 4 years old. Do you think
Michael is still waiting to recover his email?

By the way, if you inadvertently delete an email, and find that it is no
longer recoverable, contact NSA Customer Support, and they will help you
    restore your missing email.

BTW, the web link you offered has little to do with Microsoft Live Mail,
so I fear Michael may need to wait another four years for help.

Your reply to a 4 yr old message is not applicable to Windows Live Mail
(4 yrs ago or today). Your links are also not of value for Windows Live
    Mail.
