Windows Server 2003, no SP1 but current patches &
    Lotus Domino Release 5.013

    the following happens:
When some users logon via RDP on that server, the regional settings ( date
format ) of the "Local System" user context obviously changes , because the
date format of the running Domino Server changed from DD/MM/YY to MM/DD/YY.
However, this doesn't happen for all users. All users that have the right to
logon on that server are in the Local Administrators group.

Is it possible to "enforce" Regional Settings for the Local System user,
indepedent from whatever other user logged on ?

    kind regards
