Reinstalled ISA 2004 and SP1 - now it can't detect the server; why?

Running SBS 2003 Premium, Exchange, ISA, WSUS, 2 NIC's and a router. Dynamic
    IP from DynDNS.org.

Due to massive problems (to me), I just finished an unintall and reinstall
of ISA and restored all GPO's from backup. For some reason, ISA is telling
me that the server is not available. I've used the Firewall Client to try
and connect and it fails too - "can't find the server". I have a hunch it's
something simple, but I've tried for about 45 minutes and can't find it.
Anyone got an idea on what to check?

  2. Have you re-run the CEICW to configure the new ISA install?

Got it resolved. Reinstalled it again and it's now working.
