Remote wireless log in re-directs

    Love IE7 but had to un-install. i travel frequently. Most remote wireless
    access at airports and hotels, requires a log in (even if free) to activate
    the internet connection. They monitor your ports and re-direct your default
    home page to their login page.

    In IE7 this does not work, you just get the default "page cannot be desplayed"

    Wired networks are fine.

  2. Interesting. I travel a lot as well (so much that I hit Gold Frequent Flyer
    status in just 4 1/2 months), and have not experienced this problem.

    I'd recommend you try the standard 'page cannot be displayed' fixes here:
