Renewing software assurance

    Hi,

    Does anyone know if it is possible to renew software assurance that is
    going to expire? My provider says they can only renew on the purchase
    of new kit, so if I went to another supplier would they be able to
    renew the existing contract?

    You are absolutely able to renew software assurance. Your existing
    licensing supplier is being an idiot.
