I'm trying to access a site that was incorrectly put on the Restricted Sites
    list in IE7.

I went to that security setting to remove it, but the site is not on the
list...but the site is blocked and still labeled as such.

How do I remove the site from the list, when it doesn't even show??

I've already cleared cookies and temporary files.

Any help is appreciated, thank you :)

Sorry, but if the website does not appear as a restricted site then how
is it "labeled as such"? If IE 7 is not doing the labeling, what is?
Could it be your security software?

At the bottom of my monitor, IE 7 is showing the Restricted Sites icon, and
says to double click to change settings. I dbl click, it opens, and the site
is question is no where to be found on the list. So, IE is telling me it's
Restricted. It loads an ad or too, but none of the actual website.

Web pages are frequently cobbled together from several different
servers, any one of which can be on your Restricted Zones list.

Do you have third-party software that places URLs in the Restricted Zone?

That, I do not know...not sure where to look for that info.
