Rewind and fast-forward are not available for all files

    When looking at the help file in WMP9 entitled: Player
    controls keyboard shortcuts, there's a note that advises
    that rewind & fast-forward are not available for all
    files. How do I find out which files can be rewound?
    I'm working with avi files. Is there some type of
    indexing that I have to do when capturing the video from
    my DV camcorder via firewire? Thanks, Mike
