Rights to the Dial-In object/tab VPN object in Active Directory.

    I would like to give a non-domain admin rights to delegate who gets VPN
    access or not. We do this by turning on the Allow or Deny on the Dial-In tab
    for the users in Active Directory. How can I grant this non-admin, rights to
    that using the Delegate Control or similar method? Thanks.
