  3. Hi,

    Thanks for posting here.

From your post, I understand that you want to forward all incoming email to
    your hotmail

account at home, but it doesn¡¯t work. If I am off base, please feel free
    to let me know.

By default, after you create a rule on your outlook to auto-forward e-mail,
    you need

configure the Automatic forward option on the Exchange Server to allow the
    auto-forwarded e

-mail to send out. So please tune on the following option on the Exchange
    1. Open Exchange System Manager.
    2. Expand the Global Settings.
    3. Expand the Internet Message Formats.
    4. In the right pane, right-click Default, and then click Properties.
    5. Click Advanced tab, and check Allow Automatic forward option.

For more information, please refer the following knowledge base article:

Automatic replies and automatic forwards to Internet recipients are
    disabled in Exchange

2000 Server and in Exchange Server 2003;EN-US;266166

Alternatively, you can configure to auto-forward rule in server-side
    (within ADUC) to

forward all incoming e-mail to a specified address. For detail steps,
    please refer the

    following web link:

How to Override Blocked Auto-Forwarding for Select Users;EN-US;317652

I hope the above information helps.

    Have a nice day.

    Best Regards,
