I'm trying to activate 'Rules' for incoming emails and
after the 6th rule, I get an error message which
says, "One or more rules could not be uploaded to
Exchange server and have been deactivated. This could be
because some of the parameters are not supported or there
is insufficient space to store all of your rules." What
can I do to add more space for 'Rules?'

You will need to find ways to reduce the size of your rules. Sever side
distribution list may be a way of reducing the size.
