Save as of Pictures sent does not seem to work

    I cannot save the the Pictures sent to me. I get the right commands, but I
    cannot see them in the File where I saved them in. A picture sent to myself
    I cannot open either. It refers to Configaration/ Coupling, which I cannot
    find.
    Who knows more?
