    Good day,
we have migrate from sbs 2000 to sbs 2008.
We have a problem to receive email in public folder:
    ID: servername\unrecheable
No route available to mailbox folder

#550 4.4.7 QUEUE.Expired; message expired in unreachable destination
queue. Reason: There is currently no route to the mailbox database ##

We have no problem to private mailbox.

    Thank you

  2. Hello Carlo,

    Thanks for your post.

Do you still have the SBS 2000 server available in your domain environment and Exchange 2000 Administrative group coexists with Exchange 2007?

If so, please go to the Exchange 2000 Exchange System Manager and created a Routing Group Connector from Exchange 2000 to Exchange 2007. Then restart SMTP,
Routing Engine and WMI services on the Exchange 2000 box and the Exchange Transport service on the Exchange 2007 box.

However, if the migration is completely and you only have Exchange server 2007 installed in the SBS 2008 domain, please make sure your Exchange Server 2007 has
applied the latest Service Pack and Rollup update. E.g. the latest Exchange server 2007 Service Pack 2 and latest Rollup

Exchange Server 2007 cannot route e-mail messages to mail enabled Non-MAPI public folders that are hosted on an Exchange Server 2003 server

If you have applied the latest updates and issue persists, please follow the steps in below thread to check the permission and "Folder Hierarchies" for related
"Administrative Group". Adding the Exchange 2007 Mailbox server(s) to the "Exchange domain Servers" group may also fix that problem.

Route to public folders £¨There is no "Folder Hierarchies" container below the "Administrative Group"£©

Cannot send from Exchange 2007 to Exchange 2003

    Hope this helps.
