I have created some rules in my outlook that will forward emails with
attachments coming into my inbox onto people that also need to see the email
attachments when I am away. When I create the rules they work fine but now
that I want to create another rule I get a message which says the rule has
been deactivated whilst being uploaded to the server due to lack of space. I
cannot find any where to increase this space so can somebody help me overcome
    this problem.

  2. Exchange allocates a 32kb space for rules for each mailbox. There is no
    way to change this.

Depending on the complexity of your rules, you can expect to get anywhere
from 15-20 complex rules to 40-50 simple rules.

The only way to store additional rules is to simplify or delete existing
    rules.
