I have a handfull of users who only connect through OWA. For a standard user
they get a notifcation that the time to change there password is approaching
(7 day, 6 days, 5 days, etc) However with an OWA user they have no idea
until its exspired then I get a bunch of calls asking why they are not able
to log in. Is there an automated way to notify a user that there password is
    going to exspire?

There is a registry change that you have to make to enable the "your
password is going to expire in XX days" via OWA. I do not recall it off of
    the top of my head......
