The reports that are generated by SBS 2003 are showing that there are over
1000 outbound emails from the Administrator account, is this real and why is
the account sending so much outbound email? Is there a way to track this or
    even stop it?

  2. You might follow the steps in articles 324958 and 886208 to make sure the
administrator account is not being used for authenticated relay and that
the server is not being hit by a reverse NDR attack. If those things check
out okay, then it's most likely the known issue described in article 867457.
