I have a SonicWALL TZ 190 in front of the SBS Box. Their support wants only 1
NIC connection to the LAN port on the appliance. The Static IP from Comcast
is in the SonicWALL and the SBS services need to point to the SBS NIC.
Which NIC, Local Area Connection or External Connection do I use with single
    NIC configuration?
    Thanks

You need to run the CEICW again to make the necessary configuration
changes, after which only one NIC will be active. To be honest, I
wouldn't bother trying to track down documentation as to which one is
enabled, I'd plug the LAN switch into one of them and check if it works.

  3. disable one of the NICs, disconnect it from the network, and run the
Configure E-Mail and Internet Connection Wizard (CEICW). The CEICW will
    reconfigure everything that needs changing.
