SBS2003 fails to boot in normal mode but will in safe mode

I had to shutdown the server which was running fine this morning to relocate
it into a cabinet.

After moving it i restarted the server but it failed to start and now hangs
on the Server 2003 splash screen (just after the point where it flashes the
lights on the keyboard).

It will start in safe mode and i have noticed the following errors in the
event log...
