Can anyone tell me if ISA 2004 and SQL2005 will be freely available to me if
I purchased SBS 2003 Premium with software assurance?

  2. ISA2004 is going to be included in SBS2003 Service Pack 1, so SA is not
    needed for that.

SQL2005 is not scheduled to be added to SBS2003 AFAIK, but might be added
to a subsequent version of SBS, though there are no guarantees and
depending on when the next version of SBS arrives, it might even be (say)
    SQL2007 that gets included.

Software Assurance on SBS keeps you current on SBS versions - new versions
of the constituent parts are not covered.

  3. Given that SQL2005 is now slipping to last quarter of 2005 it's obvious
it's not going to be in SBS 2003 sp1

As a SA customer I "am" getting ISA 2004.

I like SA personally and would recommend it.
