Whenever I do a search of my computer, it keeps showing items that have been
already deleted and does not allow me to delete from the search since they no
longer exist. How do I get these items to not show up?

    Hi C2Ways

This is from your Index only running slowly in the background updatin
it's search results during low or no usage times. If you make a lot o
changes, it probably has not finished updating itself for accurat
results. You can force the Index to update quicker by Rebuilding th
Index. This tutorial will show you how to easily do it

If this is a constant problem, then you might consider disabling th
Index and let Vista default to non-index searches. It may take a bi
longer to run, but they will always be accurate. This tutorial will sho
you how to disable and enable the Index for you to try out

    Hope this helps
