    Hi:

I am running an OCE plotter, and need to scan to the server. In order for me
to do this I need to disable:
    1. Microsoft Network Server: Digitally sign communications (always) to disable
    2. Microsoft network Server: Digitally sign communications (if client
    agrees) to disable

Both are currently enalbled and greyed out so I can not choose to disable
it. Any assistance on how to disable these would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks,

You need to do it in the Group Policy management console.
    Start>>Administrative Tools>>Group Policy Management

Then configure the Default Domain and Default Domain Controller Policies.
The settings you are looking for are under:
    Computer Configuration>>Policies>>Windows Settings>>Security
    Settings>>LocalPolicies>>Security

Not sure if you already figured it out because you posted a while ago, but I
ran into the same thing just now and configured it that way.
