security update 823559 over and over

    I am asked almost every morning to install this update
    #823559 and my history shows that it has been completed
    successfully. Whats the deal?

    This what help me solve this problem. I running ME on my computer.

    First you go to Control Panel ADD/REMOVE and look for Q823599 is there and
    if so uninstall it. Then in Folder Options Click View tab Under Hidden
    Folders remove check and have them show. Also remove check in hide
    protected Operating system files. Click start search and enter
    wutemp.catroot in search. If you see this then delete it and restart PC and
    head back to Windows Update. I did all this and it installed on the first
    try. I did not see that wutemp.catroot in search and just restored the
    computer and now I have the critical Update Q823559. I hope this help you
