Security Update for Windows Server 2003 (KB948110) and KB948109 Failed

  1. Both these updates keep failing to install, anyone have any ideas?

    Security Update for Windows Server 2003 and Windows Server 2008 (KB948109)
    Event reported at 15/07/2008 6:03 PM:

    error 0x80070643: Security Update for Windows Server 2003 and Windows Server

  2. Both of these are for Windows Internal database and it may be getting
    stuck as it needs a SA password or something. Open up the log file and
    see what they say.

  3. That is what it says, but I do not know how to give the internal database a
    sa password
