security update: MSXML 4.0 keeps showing in update after installed.

    Security update MSXML 4.0 keeps coming up as a needed
    critical update. I downloade and installed 5 TIMES! It
    shows successful install but then pops up again when
    scaaning for available updates.. Any thoughts?

    Is this Security Update, February 13, 2002 (MSXML 4.)?

    What is the version of msxml4.dll (in system folder)?

    Do you have the regkey
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Updates\MSXML4\Q317244?
