    Hello,
In WLM, is it possible (and how) to select "personal email" or "professional
    email"
(2 different email address), for a given contact.. ??, when sending an email
    to this contact.
    Thanks for any answer

In Windows Live Mail, when you are addressing an email message, you begin typing
part of the name and you are offered matches to select from. You can then decide
which address for a contact you select.

A contact in WLM can have multiple addresses (3 total) and assigned to
    different entries
    - Personal, Work, Other

If you know the person's name..one can start to type the name in the To:
field and the WLM 'Contact Picker' will narrow the choices..just select one
to auto-enter it in the To: field

If in Contact mode, just select the Contact to open the contact's
properties...if one or more email addresses are present in the respective
Personal, Work, or Other fields...just click on the respective email address
to open a new email composition window with that address added in the To:
    field
