Sending Message Error

    When I send a email, I get this error - However the email does get sent even
    though I get this error but it stays in the "outbox" and never leaves - so If
    I hit send/receive 10 times, the email wil be sent 10 times and 10 times I
    will get this error message - I have to go into outbox and delete message - I
    receive email fine

    The message could not be sent. Subject 'rat', Protocol: HTTPMail, Server
    Response: 'There is an error synchronizing your mail account. Please verify
    your account has been configured correctly by first accessing your mail on
    the web.', Port: 0, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 0x800C013E, Error Number:
    0x800C013E

    As far as I can tell WLMd tries to put a copy of the email into your outbox
    on the server. Might that have been the part of sending that did not work?

    Slight correction: the "sent messages" folder on the server.
