    Hello
Since I am a newbie in Exchange Server and SBS2003, I ask here for help. I'm looking for a way to send and receive mail to and from our HR group. It's a group of 4 employees. Mail sent to should arrive in the HR folder in which all 4 employees can read and manage the incoming mail messages. Mails sent by one of these 4 should have the sender-address
Can anyone please tell me what steps to take to accomplish this
    Many thanks in advance
    Jan.

    My suggestion would be to:

    a. Create an account for hr and give the 4 users "Send As" permission
    on the account.
    b. Redirect all Incoming mail for HR to a Public folder the 4 users have
    access to.
