I have two different POP3 email addresses. I have two separate accounts set
up as Windows Mail wont let me set up different identities. Can I set up two
separate "Inboxes" to separate the two different accounts? Can I setup a sub
folder under my default account to accomplish this?

Create two subfolders in the inbox folder.

Use "Message Rules" to create two rules, one for each of the email
addresses you use. If you don't know how then see here:-

or use the "Help and Support" link in your start menu to search for
    message rules.

  3. No problem. Create two new folders, say 'A-Mail' and 'B-Mail'.
Then use the Rule Wizard to create two message rules similar to this:

    1. Where the message is from the 'A' account
move it to the 'A-Mail' folder
    and stop processing more rules.

    2. Where the message is from the 'B' account
move it to the 'B-Mail' folder
    and stop processing more rules.

    Hope this helps.

  4. Four possibilities:

    1. Use different Windows Users

    2. Make new folders and make a message rule like this:

Apply this rule after the message arrives
Where the message is from the mail.fjsmjs.com account
Move it to the fjsmjs folder
    and Stop processing more rules

    3. Use Windows Live Mail which has separate folders for each account:

    4. Buy WMIDs http://www.oehelp.com/WMIDs/Default.aspx
