    Can I use the MSComm control to send a binary data with
    no Start/Stop bit? Instead, I would like to control the
    DTR/RTS/... individually.

    My hardware need DTR/RTS to sychronize the serial data
    transfer which length is unknow (Controlled by RTS).

    How to do that?

    /* com2 port values (2f8 base add) */
    static unsigned int MSR= 0x2FE; /* modem status */
    static unsigned int MCR= 0x2FC; /* modem control */

    How can I do something like:
    outp(MCR,1);
    in Windows 2000/XP?

    Yes, you can . Also there are Communication API's to help you
    communicate with serial port. Look at "Communications
    Functions" in MSDN (WaitCommEvent() etc. API's).
    Yes, you can also control different lines using these API's.

    Also, there are pretty good free classes available at
    codeguru.com for serial port communication.
