I need to install Windows Server 2003 R2 x64 on Hyper-V but cannot setup
    network adapter.
    Installation (server 2003 x64) include SP1.

How to install Integration Services on guest machine?

You need to install SP2 before you can install the ICs. Without a NIC,
you need to convert the SP2 download to an iso file on the host and link
that to the CD/DVD drive of the vm.

With SP2 installed you can install the ICs, which will load the driver for
the synthetic NIC used by Hyper-V. With Server 2003 x64 you cannot use the
legacy NIC option. The legacy NIC is the one used by VPC/Virtual Server and
there is no 64-bit driver for it. VPC/Virtual Server do not support 64-bit
    guests.
