I have 3 problems during connection from remote client via VPN to company
    network.

    1. If I click on any user folder (even whole F:/ drive) it shows me that it
    is not accessible.
    2. If I type in my IE server name it is not recognise. I have to type IP
address to see"Small Business Welcome Page"
    3. If I click "My Company's Internal Web Site it does not display anything..

Whats more RWW works fine via VPN.

Do you have any idea how to fix it?

    Cheers,

    Tom

  2. Hi Tom,

    A thought...

In the VPN connectoid on your remote computer:

rt. click the VPN connectoid | Properties | Networking | Internet Protocol
(TCP/IP) | Properties | Advanced | DNS | Add (add your SBS server internal
LAN IP address) | WINS | Add ((add your SBS server internal LAN IP address)

Now fire up the VPN again and see if you can access shares via their name.

  3. VPN and RWW are not connected and independent of each other...
So please don't feel that if some one who has a RWW needs VPN connection
    also.

I also recommend only setting up VPN connectors.
(Adding people to the REMOTE group)
To only those that NEED it.
IMO not everyone in your Business needs VPN connection.
(Unless there is some really Critical SQL database that everyone needs to
connect to and there is not a web interface and everyone uses laptops.)

That being said! Yes I'm preachy ;)

First you don't really need a VPN Connection to access Company web
Just Open Port 444 of your router
and run CEICW and allow Company Web
    http://www.sbits.biz:80/CEICW_Web_Services_Configuration.jpg

    and use https://server.domain.com:444/

If you have added (Not Updated) WSS 3.0 just open that port on the Firewall
    and use https://server.domain.com:9999/site/newWSS3/default.apsx
    (Or what ever it is.)
In both Cases they will be Prompted for user name and password and have full
    access to companyweb.

    Next..
If the VPN user is an issue with \\Server\users
First make sure that your SBS Domain is not on a typical Home Router IP
    configuration
Example your Company LAN should not be 192.168.0.xxx or 192.168.1.xxx
(Because most home routers use these IP's and you won't get routing)

    Next do what Merv says,
    If that still doesn't work.
Once a person is Connected (Assuming these are laptops and you use offline
    folders)
Have the Person Right click on My Document Folder and Perform a RESYNC
This will Often Kick the Ability for the VPN connections to see everything.

I know it's annoying to have to sync when you are VPN, but the trick works.
    :)

Are you using the SBS VPN (PPTP) or
    hardware vpn between sites?

  6. Did you try my Suggestions in the other post and more importantly?

Once a person is Connected (Assuming these are laptops and you use offline
    folders)
Have the Person Right click on My Document Folder and Perform a RESYNC
This will Often Kick the Ability for the VPN connections to see everything.

Additionally on the SBS server edit the registry to make sure IsDomainMaster
is set to TRUE other than FALSE
