Service's state "Stopping" (Specfically RRAS)

    There is the problem I and my collegues aren't able to resolve.
    We have VPN connection that was made using RRAS.
    One side works properly but RRAS of another side is always making problems.
    And if we are trying to restart RRAS it comes into "Stopping" State.
    Does anybody knows solution of this bug.
