I want to set the screen saver time out to 10 mins and also that you have to
login once the screesaver is active and you try to use the computer again.
The only thing is I wanted to do this across the board on all workstations
(they are all Win XP Pro), is this possible?

  2. Very easy to do, just create a Group Policy that enforces it. On the GP mmc
open User configuration and go to Desktop settings. You will see the
    settings there.
