Setting Server Time and pushing that time to the network computers

We are running Windows Server 2003 and our machines are all running
    Windows XP Operating System.
I'm investigating having all our machines sync to the same time. I
would like the Server to have the time and push it to the connected
machines. I was reading up about NIST. Is this the best program to meet
my goal? If not, does anyone have a link to directions on how to set
    this up?

    Any feedback is greatly appreciated.

    Thanks,

    Jason
