should i install iislockdown first?

  1. ready to down an inplace upgrade (sbs2000-sbs2003) but this server does not
have the iislockdown tool installed. Altho iis6 does not need it, i'm told
that the iis5 to iis6 portion of the upgrade will require iislockdown to be
    there.

does anyone know if i should go ahead and install the iislockdown tool
first, fefore starting the sbs2003 upgrade?

  3. as is -- i did the inplace upgrade, without doing anything else with ISA
except installing the ISA for Windows 2003 patch.
