Should I upgrade from windows 2000 with exchange 2000 to sbs 2003?

I don't know much about servers, but I somehow figured out how to install
windows 2000 server on my network. I've got 3 computers hooked up. The
clients use windows xp and outlook xp. Everything works smoothly (more or
    less).

I would like to tinker custom forms, and custom views of our data. I'd like
to create a digital dashboard. I'd like to use internal web pages that are
    customized for our needs.

If I try to upgrade to small business server 2003, am I likely to find my
way in to more trouble than I can handle without hiring someone?

I have been administering the windows 200 server for a year or two, without
much in the way of trouble.

    Thanks,

    Alan
