Should you upgrade DC with FSMO roles first with 2003 or not?

    Should you first upgrade the DC with the FSMO roles? Then, upgrade the second
    Domain Controller? We have two Domain Controllers only in our organization -
    one at each site.

    I also plan on promoting our Primary DNS Server to a Domain Controller so
    that we can use Active Directory Integrated Zones. It is not a Domain
    Controller but is a 2003 Server.
