Sign-in to "rad.msn.com" message when you sign into hotmail

Often when I sign in to hotmail in Internet Explorer 7 I get an MSN pop-up
box with " Sign-in to 'rad.msn.com,' with the typical user name and
password blocks." It seems redundant if this is an MSN official sign-in
    request, or else,
there's a type of trojan in the midst of the MSN hotmail sign-in process.
Has anyone else out there seen this "rad.msn.com" stuff? Thanks
