I have SBS2003 Premium and I was wondering how do you redirect an address
like www.test.com to point to an LAN IP address instead of an internet IP
address using the DNS Service on SBS2003? I have a site that is used both
outside and inside the local LAN, but if the site is accessible on the LAN I
would rather point them through the LAN instead.

  2. If you have split horizon DNS, and you can't connect to
www.company.com because the internal zone for company.com doesn't have
a WWW record, just add the WWW record to the internal forward lookup
zone for company.com which points at the web server at the provider.
