Skipping IoMarkIrpPending in Completion Routine

    Can i skip the code in the CR [if(irp->PendingReturned)
    IoMarkIrpPending(irp)] for my driver originated irp?

    If your driver is the IRP originator, you must NOT mark IRP pending in your
    completion since you don't have a stack (by default) there.
