If you are a Blueyonder user and every time you restart your computer and get
"Smartbridge Alerts:blueyonder-istnotifier.exe-Entry Point Not Found. The
proceedure entry point GetProcessImageFileNameW could not be located in the
dynamic link library PSAPI.DLL" Then the following probably applies to you.I
have talked to Motive and Blueyonder and Blueyonder have said that their
"Blueyonder instant support tool" does not support "Internet Explorer 7"
fully. Blueyonder will shortly be bringing out a free download to supercede
the old one, keep a look out on their home web site. Meanwhile, if your IE7
is fully operational you can get rid of the support tool in
(Start/settings/control panel/Add or Remove) and remove the "Blueyonder
instant support tool". I suspect that other providers may have much the same
problem since Smartbridge is an arm of Motive and they have supplied most of
Blueyonders programs. Best check with your provider first.

SmartBridge is distributing an old version of PSAPI.DLL. As a result, users
may receive the following error message after installation of Internet
    Explore 7 Beta 2:

SmartBridge Alerts:MotiveSB.exe Entry Point Not Found
The procedure entry point GetProcessImageFileNameW could not be located
in the dynamic link library PSAPI.DLL

    To work around this error:

Navigate to the installation location for SmartBridge (\Program
Find PSAPI.DLL and rename it to something like PSAPIOLD.DLL
    Reboot the system
The program will find the new PSAPI.DLL in the \Windows\System32 directory
    and function normally.

You've read the Release Notes, right?
