Lately, I have been unable to send any email from my ASUS netbook
running Windows 7 Starter, though I can receive it. It does not matter
what port I use. I have tried 25,26,80,465(SSL), 587, and a couple of
    others. The error message is:

The connection to the server has failed.

    Subject 'test'
    Server: 'smtp.ultrasw.com'
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x800CCC0E
    Protocol: SMTP
    Port: 587
    Secure(SSL): No
    Socket Error: 10060

Can anyone help me fix this?

    TIA,
    Don Eagle
