Is there a software product in market for AD users to change their AD
password (password self-service)? The software I need is just for password
changing and self-serve, no other features are required.
AD users can change their password from any web based machine.
AD users can reset their AD password by answering the pre-set challenge
questions when they forgot their password.

Quest Software has a product called Password Reset Manager. Let me know if
you are interested and I can put you in touch with the right people there.

I know the product which are doing exact thing that you wanted from the
program. It's called netwrix password manager. We are using it for about half
a year already and never a had a problems. Users can simply reset their
password using web based portal by answering on the predefined questions.
    Best wishes,

    Hello everyone:

We have a software called SMOP (Self Management of Passwords) that does
exactly this - allows users to unlock accounts, change passwords, and self
    service password resets.

It is totally web-based and much more affordable than all the competing
    solutions.

    Please visit:

    http://www.turbo-it.com

and download a fully functional 10 user version and try it out!!!
