software has not passed windows logo testing, blah, blah, software will not be installed

    What the F*[email protected]? Isnt this a windows update Im trying to install? How is their logo not compatable with their update? I have windows xp home and it is driving me insain. If anyone can help me (3 downloads do this- KB837001. KB828741, KB835732) PLEASE REPLY!!!!

    these updates are buggy. still waiting for patches.

    THANK YOU CAREY FRISCH! That site did the trick FINALLY! I am so happy! I got all my updates and eveything is a-ok now. Thanks again!

    Having the same problem....did anyone help you? I have done everything that the Windows web site says to do...and it still won't download!!!
